How do I shop your facebook page? I am quite laid back on facebook. If you see something posting that you'd like, just let me know! (comment or inbox). I will send you an invoice in which you will have the option to have the order delivered (mile limitations apply), pickup in a 24/7 coded bin, or to have your order shipped.
What is the pickup bin? This is a gray box located right out front of a local coffee shop in Hawley, MN. The bin has a code on it. When you select to pickup in the bin, you will receive an e-mail when the item is in there. You can pickup 24/7, using the code given to you in the email. Items are labeled inside the bin.
Can you hold an item for me? I can't hold unpaid items. I have limited quantities and sizes on items and many customers wanting them. In addition, holding items without a payment record makes for confusing book work and I often lose track of orders that aren't on paper (aka: paid for).
Can I pay cash at pickup? No, like noted above, I need a paper record of items / orders for my brain to work properly and keep track of things. Plus, items stay on the website until paid for, so anything set aside without being paid for, is at risk of being "snagged" by someone else on the website.
When will my item ship? It depends on what you ordered. In stock items usually ship within 7 days. Preordered items had a date on the listing/post when you ordered. Graphic tee's and signs can take up to 2 weeks to ship. I will be honest that I am hit or miss on shipping, sometimes you barely place the order and it's shipped -- sometimes it does take me that full 2 weeks stated above. It all depends on my weekly schedule.
How much is shipping? Shipping it based on the weight of your items. You can add them to your cart and click to checkout and the website will pull up the shipping cost.
I selected shipping... How do I know when my item is shipped? You will get an e-mail with tracking, when shipped.
I selected pickup... How do I know when my item is ready? You will get an e-mail saying your item has shipped, when the item is ready for pickup. It is worded this way due to "pickup" being your "shipping" option.
I got a tracking number but it only says "label created"... This means your package is being packed up, it just has not made it into the hands of USPS yet, but will soon.
My package is stuck / lost / stolen, now what? Once the package is scanned into USPS, it is out of my hands. Please contact your local post office to inquire further.
Can I return items? Yes, most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, unwashed & with original tags/packaging in tact. Personalized items, custom made items, face masks or coverings, earrings, undergarments & bath & body products are non returnable, no exceptions. Return shipping cost is always at the customers expense. The money will be returned in the same way it was paid for (ex: put back on the card you paid for the item with).
The code for the pickup bin is not working: The keypad is touchy - go slow, and push the buttons from the level of the bin (not standing up). There is not a MAX code entry, so don't worry about locking it up or setting off alarms or anything - that's not a thing. Just try again. :) If it is VERY cold outside, the keypad may freeze up. If it's been an extended amount of time since you were given the code, check to make certain the code hasn't changed.
